I wrote this novel with music playing in my head. Terri, my heroine, is a music lover from the Detroit suburbs, and her story moves to a soundtrack. So every scene in the book begins with a song. There are 125 of them, from “Leaving on a Jet Plane” to the Garifuna drums that carry her into Belize.
