Kim Cook spent the last 25 years leading teams to success in career placement, education and healthcare management. Her current role is Executive Director of Career Success and in addition to being a certified True Colors facilitator, she conducts interactive training seminars in leadership, customer service, compliance, communication, conflict resolution, growth mindset, and career development.
She obtained an Interdisciplinary Master’s Degree in Healthcare Business, Educational Leadership, and Writing.
An author and accomplished speaker, she has been a presenter for NOW/NEXT, CAPPS, and CSPEN. As an expert in growth mindset and life coaching, she mentors young adults to overcome adversity and achieve concrete goals by asking, “Are you creating?”
